Return & Refund Policy
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Tags, labels and original packaging must be intact.
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide the order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Products that have been used, washed, stained, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Products marked Non-Returnable on the website cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Spaceora Living.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after the return is approved.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
